This is a gridding meditation. Gridding is a meditative procedure that energetically connects you to ley lines of light. These ley lines create a light grid or holographic field that sustains Earth and all matter in the Universe, including your body. The grid not only creates matter and life, but also continually restores and sustains wellness within all matter. When the light of the grid flows through your energetic system with ease and without interference, you evolve in consciousness, rejuvenate, and co-create wellness in your body and consciousness.
The energies of this meditation initiate a deep state of surrender. As you integrate the light frequencies of the crystal cross formation and the grid, you will experience a reconnection to the elements sustained within the Earth. This will enable self-healing and provide access to infinite space, allowing endless possibilities to birth. Through this grid you will, over time, heal and ascend into higher levels of consciousness and alternate realities.
