TERMS OF USE

These terms and conditions apply to online mass healing courses with Transference Healing®Pty Limited (Transference Healing®), provided by Alexis Cartwright, PO Box 168, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.

The agreement for you to participate in Transference Healing online mass healing course commences when payment is received, either in full or via payment plan.

We will provide the online course with reasonable care, skill and ability. Apart from that, all warranties and representations are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Due to the nature of the education, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular results.

Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing reserves the right to change the content of the online course at any time, without notice, with the intention to provide more value.

RETURNS

We believe in the power of our mass healing courses for personal and spiritual development. However, if you do not find value in them, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of your purchase (full payment or first instalment of your payment plan). Requests for refunds must be made in writing. You can apply for a refund by emailing admin@transferencehealing.com. Refund will be made via the original payment method.

The privacy policy explains how Transference Healing Pty Limited handles your personal information and data. VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed without identifying anyone individually. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. ENROLLING IN AN ONLINE MASS HEALING COURSE

When enrolling in an online mass healing course, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, business name, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Transference Healing will use the information you provide on this form to send you details related to the mass healing course you have enrolled in. This includes sending you invoices and receipts, sending you notifications of upcoming payments, notifying you if your credit card is expiring, notifying you of overdue payments, and informing you when your next mass healing instalment is available for you to access.

All financial transactions are processed directly through Paypal or Stripe, and are not stored on our servers. This information is not accessible to us, unless payments are organised and authorised directly with us over the phone. All credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Additional personal information input into these forms, including name, email address, mailing address and phone number are stored on encrypted networks.
