RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For adults (fifteen years and over) place seven drops of the Child of Light Essence under the tongue, or in a glass of distilled water.
Essences should be taken twice a day, and should not be taken for longer than a week at a time.

Please be aware that this essence contains a very small portion of alcohol to prevent contamination. Those who have a history of alcoholism are not advised to ingest the essences. As an alternative, the bottle can be placed under the pillow while sleeping, or seven drops of the essence can be added to bathwater.
Please ensure you do not touch the end of the essence dropper with your fingers or tongue, as this may cause bacteria to grow within the bottle.
Essences should be kept at room temperature out of direct sunlight. They can be stored for two years.
