About Animal Magic

The Animal Magic Workshop is an experiential introduction to the Animal Magic Divination Cards, created by Alexis Cartwright. These teachings are grounded in shamanic earth magic and the Transference Healing lineage. This workshop supports you to work consciously with Animal, Elemental and Mythical beings as archetypal support for insight, healing and self-mastery.

You’ll learn how to use the Animal Magic cards as both a divination and healing tool, understanding how each card reflects internal processes, physical reality and higher aspects of self. Alexis shares the origins of the deck, its connection to the grid, and how these archetypal frequencies interact with the body, consciousness and lived experience.

A key feature of the workshop is the Circle of Fire ritual – a ceremonial practice that brings together animal totems, elemental beings, mythical forces and crystals to support purification, protection and energetic clearing. You’ll gain a practical understanding of how ritual, intention and archetypal forces work together to create meaningful transformation.

The workshop also introduces totem readings and intuitive development, supporting you to strengthen your inner listening and work with the cards in a grounded, reflective way. Whether you are new to divination or already intuitive, Animal Magic offers a practical and embodied pathway to deepen your connection with nature, ritual and your own inner wisdom.

Do I need the Animal Magic Divination Cards?

Yes, the cards must be purchased separately before attending. The Animal Magic Divination Cards can be purchased as a physical book and card set on our online shop.

When will I receive my materials?

You’ll receive your manual and materials after booking.

Your online workshop access is available for 8 weeks – allowing up to 2 weeks for your materials to arrive, and 6 weeks to watch, review and integrate the content.

How long will I have access to the online workshop?

You’ll have access to the online workshop content, including the video recordings, for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. This includes time for your materials to arrive, as well as plenty of space to watch, review and practice the workshop at your own pace.

Is this workshop suitable for newcomers to Transference Healing?

Yes. The Animal Magic Workshop is beautifully suited to newcomers.
It introduces Transference Healing in a gentle and accessible way, offering clear explanations, practical procedures and guided support throughout. Even if you have never worked with energy before, you will be held through each step and will easily follow the teachings.

What if I can’t complete the workshop in time?

No extensions are possible, but resits are available for $495.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are, whether you are new to divination or already working intuitively.

How is this held differently to other divination courses?

This workshop is held within the Transference Healing system, where divination is understood as a function of frequency, embodiment and energetic integrity – not interpretation alone. Rather than focusing on symbolic meanings or prediction, the teachings work with how animal, elemental and archetypal intelligence interacts with the body, nervous system and lightbody. The workshop is carefully structured to support energetic coherence, safety and integration, which distinguishes it from many divination-based offerings.
