Processing & Delivery
Shipping within Australia
For metro areas, orders sent via Australia Post take 3-4 business days to arrive after dispatch. Allow 3-6 days for rural areas.
For Australia Post Express and DHL, your order will arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch.
All international orders are sent via DHL. Allow 3-7 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Your purchase may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Please check with your local authorities before purchase to understand your country’s policies. Transference Healing does not offer any assistance in this process.
We maintain price parity between local and international customers. There are no additional charges for the handling of international orders.
Processing and Delivery Times
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours, but can take up to 3 business days. If there are any delays, you will be contacted via email.
All shipments made with DHL and Australia Post will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Deliveries are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Occasionally, orders may need to be packaged separately. If this is the case, your order will arrive to your shipping address in more than one parcel.
We hope you love your purchased items from Transference Healing, however, if your new item is not quite right, we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
- Refund (excl Afterpay) *
- Store Credit (valid for 12 months)
- Exchange **
* We only offer store credit on orders paid with Afterpay.
** Subject to availability. Postage on your exchange will be charged.
- Your return is initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
- Item/s are in original condition.
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
Transference Healing reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
Submitting a Return
- Please submit your return request by contacting email@example.com.
- Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a clear reference to your order number.
- Please ensure you protect the item(s). We encourage you to reuse the packaging, and trackable postage. Transference Healing will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
- Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will be emailed your store credit or refunded for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 days after we have received your return for it to be processed.
