Online Mystery School

Please review the following terms & conditions, including our cancellation policy, for our upcoming online Mystery School.

Mystery School 1: 5 – 22 March 2026. Cost: $11,000 | Resit Cost: $5,000
Mystery School 2: 25 March – 11 April 2026. Cost: $11,000 | Resit Cost: $5,000
Mystery School 3: 15 June – 3 July 2026. Cost: $11,000 | Resit Cost: $5,000
Mystery School 4: 6 July – 1 August 2026. Cost: $11,000 | Resit Cost: $5,000
Mystery School 5: 29 March – 15 April 2027. Cost: $11,000 | Resit Cost: $5,000
Advanced Teacher Training**: 13 – 20 September 2027, Cost: $10,000 plus travel and accommodation expenses | Resit Cost $8,500 plus travel and accommodation expenses.

**The Advanced Teacher Training is an in-person experience, at Alexis’s sacred site retreat, the Garden of Eden Australia.

Payment terms

First time attendance to a Mystery School

The cost to attend each Mystery School (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) for the first time is $11,000 (AUD). This cost covers Mystery School attendance, including materials and shipment of materials.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $3,000 (AUD) is required to secure your booking, to be paid at the time of booking. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by direct deposit (details available upon request) or credit card.

Second Payment: The second instalment of $3,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due approximately six months prior to the commencement of the Mystery School you have booked into.

Final Payment: Final instalment of $5,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due three months prior to the commencement of the Mystery School you have booked into.

Resit attendance to a Mystery School

The cost to re-sit each Mystery School (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) is $5,000 (AUD). This cost covers Mystery School 5 attendance. This cost covers Mystery School attendance, including materials and shipment of materials.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 (AUD) is required to secure your booking, to be paid at the time of booking. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by direct deposit (details available upon request) or credit card.

Second Payment: The second instalment of $1,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due approximately six months prior to the commencement of the Mystery School you have booked into.

Final Payment: Final instalment of $3,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due three months prior to the commencement of the Mystery School you have booked into.

First time attendance to the Advanced Teacher Training

The cost to attend the Advanced Teacher Training for the first time is $10,000 (AUD). This cost covers your attendance of the Advanced Teacher Training. It also covers your transfer to and from the training venue, and lunches on location. It does not include flights, accommodation and personal expenses. Staying on location at the venues arranged by Transference Healing is mandatory.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 (AUD) is required to secure your booking, to be paid at the time of booking. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by direct deposit (details available upon request) or credit card.

Second Payment: The second instalment of $3,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due approximately six months prior to the commencement of the Advanced Teacher Training.

Final Payment: Final instalment of $5,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. Resit attendance of the Advanced Teacher Training

The cost to res-sit the Advanced Teacher Training $8,500 (AUD). This cost covers your attendance of the Advanced Teacher Training. It also covers your transfer to and from the training venue, and lunches on location. It does not include flights, accommodation and personal expenses. Staying on location at the venues arranged by Transference Healing is mandatory.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 (AUD) is required to secure your booking, to be paid at the time of booking. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by direct deposit (details available upon request) or credit card.

Second Payment: The second instalment of $2,000 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due approximately six months prior to the commencement of the Advanced Teacher Training.

Final Payment: Final instalment of $4,500 (AUD) is due to Transference Healing on a date yet to be advised. You will be notified of the due date for this instalment upon the release of further details. You can expect this payment to be due approximately three months prior to the commencement of the Advanced Teacher Training.

Cancellation Policy

More than 42 days prior to commencment

Cancellations must occur in writing.

Cancellations made more than 42 days prior to the commencement of the relevant Mystery School or Advanced Teacher Training: If a booking is cancelled more than 42 days prior to the commencement of the Mystery School you have booked into, any payment made by you toward the Mystery School and/or the Advanced Teacher Training is non-refundable, though it is transferrable for payment toward other Transference Healing products and services (at the discretion of Transference Healing) within 24 months. Credit cannot be applied to the Mentorship, the Academy of Learning or Advanced Teacher Training accommodation. You can transfer your credit to another person.

Less than 42 days prior to commencement

Cancellations for any Mystery School or the Advanced Teacher Training made 42 days or less before the commencement: If a cancellation is made 42 days or less prior to the Mystery School’s commencement, the entire Mystery School fee and/0r Advanced Teacher Training fee is forfeited by you. It is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Cooling off period

Cooling off period (five days)

If you cancel your enrolment within five days of completing registration (paying your deposit), we will cancel your enrolment in any Mystery School or the Advanced Teacher Training and refund you the total amount.

All requests to cancel your enrolment must be received by us in writing, at bookings@transferencehealing.com. Please allow 10 working days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

Important Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Mystery School (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and the Advanced Teacher Training (ATT) with Transference Healing® Pty Limited (Transference Healing) provided by Alexis Cartwright, PO Box 168, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.

The agreement for you to participate in a Transference Healing Mystery School and/or the ATT commences when your deposit is received.

We will facilitate the Mystery School and the ATT with reasonable care, skill and ability. Apart from that, all warranties and representations are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Due to the nature of the education, Transference Healing cannot and does not guarantee any particular results.

Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing reserve the right to change the content of the Mystery School and the ATT any time, without notice, with the intention to provide more value.

Protection of Services

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell trade, record (audio or video) resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any aspect of the Transference Healing Mystery School or the ATT, or any associated materials.

You acknowledge and confirm that all intellectual property and other proprietary rights in materials provided in connection with the online courses, including without limitation copyright and any rights in designs, are owned by Transference Healing Pty Limited and that you shall not acquire any rights in such materials, use them for any commercial purpose or carry out any action inconsistent with such ownership.

Should you become aware of any actual or threatened infringement by any person of the intellectual property and proprietary rights, you undertake to inform Transference Healing Pty Limited at once in writing to admin@transferencehealing.com.

Transference Healing reserves the right to deny or terminate your attendence of aMystery School or the ATT if the above rules are not adhered to.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge that Transference Healing Mystery Schools and the ATT involve personal and spiritual development, and that their effect depends on your own level of engagement and commitment. No specific results can therefore be guaranteed by Transference Healing Pty Limited. Transference Healing accepts no responsibility for any decisions made by you as a result of you registration to its workshops and trainings.

Information provided in these Mystery School or the ATT are of a general nature and should not be relied on, nor is any duty of care being assumed by Transference Healing® Pty Limited.

Transference Healing® makes no warranty or representations about the accuracy, correctness, completeness, reliability or otherwise of the content or information in its Mystery Schools or the ATT.

Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any negligent act, omission or representation on the part of Transference Healing®) will Transference Healing be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages resulting from your attendance of its workshops and trainings, or the information taught therein.

You acknowledge that Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing are not qualified medically, or as a psychologist or therapist, and that our Mystery Schools and the ATT are not intended to be a medical or therapeutic service. You confirm that you are mindful of your own wellbeing and are wholly responsible for taking any medical or therapeutic advice or treatment which is, or may be, to your benefit, without guidance or involvement on Transference Healing’s part.

Conduct

You undertake to behave professionally, courteously and respectfully in all dealings with Transference Healing, any person(s) acting on behalf of the company, and any other clients or other third parties to whom you may be introduced in connection with its workshops and trainings, to adhere to any programme rules which may be provided from time to time, and not to carry out any action intended or likely to bring Alexis Cartwright, her Mystery School or the ATT into disrepute.

Confidentiality

Each of us shall keep confidential all sensitive information relating to the other, and the other members of the group, and not use such information for any purpose other than that for which it was provided. This shall not apply to the extent that any information is required to be disclosed by law or by any court or public body having binding authority to require such disclosure.

We each agree not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, intended or likely to disparage the other, (or other participants in the workshops and trainings), or damage their interests.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to provide services or perform obligations where it is not reasonably practicable to do so due to acts, events, omissions, accidents or circumstances beyond control.

Termination

Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing reserve the right to deny or terminate your booking and attendance of a workshop or training if the rules as detailed above are not adhered to.

Photographic Release

You understand the portions of our Mystery Schools and the ATT may be videotaped, photographed and recorded for the purpose of being used and distributed in various formats by Transference Healing for educational or advertising purposes, including but not limited to the classroom, the internet, and any other communications medium currently existing or later created. You give permission and authorisation for Transference Healing to videotape, audiotape, photograph, record, edit or otherwise reproduce your image or voice, and to use it in the formats and for the purposes stated above.

Privacy Policy

When registering for the Transference Healing® Mystery Schools or the Advanced Teacher Training, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Financial transactions are processed through Stripe. All credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is not stored on our servers.

Personal information supplied to us, including name, email address, mailing address and phone number and credit card details are stored on encrypted networks. This information is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register in the following ways:

To personalise your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and offerings in which you are most interested;
To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other feature;
To quickly process your transactions;
To send periodic emails regarding your registration, or other products and services.
