Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, to be paid at the time of booking. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by credit card (via Stripe) or Paypal.

Balance: Payment must be finalised by 12 August 2025. You will be contacted by email to finalise payment at this time. If you book into the training after this date, full payment will be required. Payments are to be made to Transference Healing by direct deposit or credit card.

Shipping: All training materials will be sent to you directly via courier. You will be contacted before these materials are sent. Shipping costs are covered by your booking payment. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Whilst we do our best to ensure this is minimal, local customs authorities may contact you for a duty payment before your shipment is released.

Within the cooling off period (five days)

If you cancel your enrolment within five days of completing our registration form, we will cancel your enrolment in any workshop or training and refund you the total amount.

All requests to cancel your enrolment must be received by us in writing, at bookings@transferencehealing.com. Please allow 10 working days after your refund has been approved for your refund to be processed.

After the cooling off period

If you cancel your enrolment after the cooling-off period (five days) you will receive a credit with Transference Healing. Credits may not be claimed as refunds, but may be applied towards enrolment in any workshop or training offered by Alexis Cartwright within 24 months. You can also transfer your credit to another person.

Credit cannot be applied to Trance Channel sessions, the Academy of Learning or Mentorships with Alexis Cartwright.

You may reschedule your enrolment for no charge if you provide at least 28 days written notice before the start of the specific workshop or training you have registered for. If it is less than 28 days before the event starts, we charge a $250 late transfer fee. All requests to reschedule must be received by us in writing, by email.

If you do not attend the training or workshop you are enrolled in and provide no written request to reschedule, then you will forfeit the full cost of that event and a credit will not be available.

Any reschedule is subject to available spots. If we make event changes – including change of dates, venue, content title or hours – we may do so by notifying you as soon as the changes are made. There is no refund available under any of these circumstances, yet we will waive any rescheduling fees that would otherwise apply.

These terms and conditions apply to workshops and trainings with Transference Healing® Pty Limited (Transference Healing) provided by Alexis Cartwright, PO Box 168, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia.

The agreement for you to participate in a Transference Healing workshop or training commences when your deposit is received.

We will facilitate the workshops and trainings with reasonable care, skill and ability. Apart from that, all warranties and representations are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Due to the nature of the education, Transference Healing cannot and does not guarantee any particular results.

Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing reserve the right to change the content of the workshops and trainings any time, without notice, with the intention to provide more value.

Protection of Services

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell trade, record (audio or video) resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any aspect of the Transference Healing workshops and trainings, or any associated materials.

You acknowledge and confirm that all intellectual property and other proprietary rights in materials provided in connection with the online courses, including without limitation copyright and any rights in designs, are owned by Transference Healing Pty Limited and that you shall not acquire any rights in such materials, use them for any commercial purpose or carry out any action inconsistent with such ownership.

Should you become aware of any actual or threatened infringement by any person of the intellectual property and proprietary rights, you undertake to inform Transference Healing Pty Limited at once in writing to admin@transferencehealing.com.

Transference Healing reserves the right to deny or terminate your attendence of a workshop or training if the above rules are not adhered to.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge that Transference Healing workshops and trainings involve personal and spiritual development, and that their effect depends on your own level of engagement and commitment. No specific results can therefore be guaranteed by Transference Healing Pty Limited. Transference Healing accepts no responsibility for any decisions made by you as a result of you registration to its workshops and trainings.

Information provided in these workshops and trainings are of a general nature and should not be relied on, nor is any duty of care being assumed by Transference Healing® Pty Limited.

Transference Healing® makes no warranty or representations about the accuracy, correctness, completeness, reliability or otherwise of the content or information in its workshops and trainings.

Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any negligent act, omission or representation on the part of Transference Healing®) will Transference Healing be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages resulting from your attendance of its workshops and trainings, or the information taught therein.

You acknowledge that Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing are not qualified medically, or as a psychologist or therapist, and that our workshops and trainings are not intended to be a medical or therapeutic service. You confirm that you are mindful of your own wellbeing and are wholly responsible for taking any medical or therapeutic advice or treatment which is, or may be, to your benefit, without guidance or involvement on Transference Healing’s part.

Conduct

You undertake to behave professionally, courteously and respectfully in all dealings with Transference Healing, any person(s) acting on behalf of the company, and any other clients or other third parties to whom you may be introduced in connection with its workshops and trainings, to adhere to any programme rules which may be provided from time to time, and not to carry out any action intended or likely to bring Alexis Cartwright or her workshops and trainings into disrepute.

Confidentiality

Each of us shall keep confidential all sensitive information relating to the other, and the other members of the group, and not use such information for any purpose other than that for which it was provided. This shall not apply to the extent that any information is required to be disclosed by law or by any court or public body having binding authority to require such disclosure.

We each agree not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, intended or likely to disparage the other, (or other participants in the workshops and trainings), or damage their interests.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to provide services or perform obligations where it is not reasonably practicable to do so due to acts, events, omissions, accidents or circumstances beyond control.

Termination

Alexis Cartwright and Transference Healing reserve the right to deny or terminate your booking and attendance of a workshop or training if the rules as detailed above are not adhered to.

Photographic Release

You understand the portions of our workshops and trainings may be videotaped, photographed and recorded for the purpose of being used and distributed in various formats by Transference Healing for educational or advertising purposes, including but not limited to the classroom, the internet, and any other communications medium currently existing or later created. You give permission and authorisation for Transference Healing to videotape, audiotape, photograph, record, edit or otherwise reproduce your image or voice, and to use it in the formats and for the purposes stated above.

When registering for a Transference Healing® workshop or training, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Financial transactions are processed through Paypal, Stripe or the St George IPG Merchant Administration Console. All credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is not stored onn our servers unless expressly authorised by you.

Personal information supplied to us, including name, email address, mailing address and phone number and credit card details are stored on encrypted networks. This information is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register in the following ways:

To personalise your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and offerings in which you are most interested;
To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;

• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other feature;
• To quickly process your transactions;
• To send periodic emails regarding your registration, or other products and services.
